Wild Adventures - Attractions include wild and exotic animals, amusement rides, and a variety of educational shows and concerts. The park's attractions are focused on the family and feature activities that are fun for both old and young alike.

Swamp Gravy - Folk life play. Each performance is an original, crowd-pleasing blend of comedy, drama, and music featuring a cast of more than 100 volunteers who transform southern life into unforgettable theater.

Thronateeska Heritage Center - Located in historic downtown Albany, the Foundation is composed of three major parts referred to as Thronateeska Heritage Center, the Museum of History, The Wetherbee Planetarium and the Discovery Center.

Chehaw Wild Animal Park - Chehaw Wild Animal Park features natural habitat exhibits with native and exotic animals. Visitors can stroll scenic boardwalks through the cypress swamps. Kids will love the Petting Zoo close by. Then enjoy special programs at the Amphitheater and Discovery Center and tour the Reptile and Small Animal House.

Coca-Cola Space Science Center - The Center includes: Omnisphere Planetarium Theatre - Much more than a Planetarium. Challenger Learning Center - simulated Missions to the Moon and beyond. Mead Observatory - real stars, nebula and galaxies for your own eyes to see. Exhibit areas - hands on Exhibits - to amuse and inform.

Oxbow Meadows Environmental Learning Center - Oxbow Meadows is a nature discovery center located on 1,600 acres of hardwood wetland habitat. The center is a hands-on interpretive facility that focuses on the natural & cultural history of the region. Live & mounted animals are on display, including turtles, snakes, birds, frogs, spiders, fish & an alligator.


Westville - Westville is a living history museum which depicts an 1850 west Georgia village. Westville has over thirty authentically furnished pre-Civil War buildings. Watch the woodworker fashion a stool from a tree. Watch the sparks fly from the blacksmith's anvil and wet clay rise to a pitcher in the potter's hands as he turns his wheel.

Butts Mill Farm - Butts Mill Farm offers wading and cane-pole fishing, feeding and petting the animals in the petting zoo, pony rides, train rides, hayrides, carriage rides aboard one of four antique carriages, horseback riding, tubing, horseshoes, volleyball, and the Wild West playground with in-ground trampoline.

Pebble Hill Plantation - Established in the l820's as a working plantation, Pebble Hill was purchased by the Hanna family in l896 and became their winter home. The Main House is beautifully furnished with antiques, sporting art, and Audubon prints. On the grounds one may stroll through the large stable complex and visit the carriage house and garage where antique vehicles are displayed.

Wild Animal Safari - One of the area's most popular attractions, the 500-acre Pine Mountain Wild Animal Safari, offers a unique, hands-on safari experience. Visitors can see, touch and feed hundreds of exotic animals from every continent - a true worldwide safari.

Callaway Gardens - Callaway Gardens is a 14,000 acre, year-round world-class horticultural display garden and resort. The Gardens include fishing, golf, biking, tennis, swimming and walking as well as attractions such as the Virginia Hand Callaway Discovery Center, Birds of Prey program, Day Butterfly Center, Sibley Horticultural Center, Mr. Cason's Vegetable Garden, Walking Trails, Scenic Drive and more.
